Do you guarantee removal of all stains?
No. Every stain is different and has its own history.
The success of stain removal depends on many factors, including fabric type, the origin of the stain, how long it has been present, previous removal attempts, the temperature the fabric was exposed to and how the garment has been cared for.
At PeriON, we use professional procedures and products to achieve the best possible result while preserving fabric quality. However, some stains may remain partially visible or permanently bonded to the fibers.
For that reason, we cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain, but we can guarantee that every item will be treated with maximum care and the appropriate professional process.
Should laundry smell strongly scented?
Not necessarily.
Professionally washed laundry should be hygienically clean, fresh, properly treated and ready for safe everyday use.
An intense scent is not a sign of washing quality. Strong fragrance usually comes from large amounts of softener or perfume left in the fabric, which can mask dirt rather than solve the problem.
At PeriON, our priority is to remove impurities, not cover them with fragrance. It is completely normal for professionally washed laundry to have a mild, neutral and fresh scent without exaggerated perfume notes. This indicates that the textile has been properly washed, thoroughly rinsed and is ready for safe use.
